What are the available modes of Payment?

Can I cancel/amend my orders?
Orders can not be cancelled or amend after confirmation of order.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped out within 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holiday).

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. You may refer to the shipping price for your destination.
 

What is your international shipping rate?

The international shipping rates will be provided upon checking out. 
We offer free shipping for minimum purchase.
 

How do I track my shipping?

You will be given the tracking code to track the parcel at a particular shipping provider website.

 

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

Do I need to create account?
Yes you need to create account for us to get to know your better and to inform you of future promotions.

How do I purchase?

Simply select the product and click the “add to cart” button follow by checking out to make payment.

 

What if the product out of stock?

Please kindly let us know any particular product you would like to purchase so that we can update you when it’s available otherwise please re-visit to check the availability.

  

What if I receive any defective item?

Please email contact@kimyejin.com with your order number and a photograph picture of the defect. Our friendly customer service will be in touch with you to asses the defect further. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. A replacement will be provided for defective returns, postage will be reimbursed by us. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, we would return the postage fee and the clothing fee.

 

RETURNS

Can I return my order?
We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact, within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Please note that return postage to be borne by you.Please write to us at contact@kimyejin.com with your order number. We will get in touch with you in regards to the return.
Promotional items can not be returned unless otherwise stated.

Cash refund is not available unless otherwise stated.
